This John’s Killer Protein® smoothie has over 36g of grass fed, GMO free and gluten free protein. Made with a dash of cinnamon, honey and a banana, it’s quite possibly the perfect shake with the ideal mix of heart healthy soluble fiber, potassium, protein and carbs. Our Organic Oats-N’-Whey protein blend is unsweetened and unflavored, making it a great choice for your homemade protein smoothies.
Banana-N’-Oats Protein Shake:
- 2 scoops John’s Killer Protein® Organic Oats and Whey Protein Blend
- 1 Banana
- 2/3 Cup organic whole milk (Substitute with any non-dairy milk)
- 1Tbs organic honey
- 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
Blend, pour and garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
PRO TIP: Use a frozen banana for a creamier ice-cream-like consistency!
