The easiest high protein cauliflower pizza crust recipe! and ohhhh so delicious.
This John’s Killer Protein® pizza crust recipe has over 30g of grass fed, GMO free and gluten free protein. Choose any of your favorite pizza toppings and enjoy this delicious high protein cauliflower pizza crust! We made ours with pizza sauce, shredded fat free mozzarella cheese, and white chicken. Garnished with fresh oregano!
High Protein Pizza Crust:
- 2 scoops John’s Killer Protein® Organic Oats and Whey Protein Blend
- 16 oz cauliflower rice – any brand, we used a frozen organic brand from Trader Joe’s®
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 Cup shredded fat free mozzarella
- 1/4 Cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Toppings – Below is how we made ours, but you can get creative and add any toppings you’d like:
- 1/2 Cup pizza sauce
- 1 Cup pre-cooked shredded chicken breasts
- 1/2 Cup shredded fat free mozzarella
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients for the crust together. Line a flat baking pan with parchment paper and pour crust batter onto paper. Spread with spoon into a circular shape. Bake crust for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown – be careful here, the crust bakes fast.
Take out of the oven, add pizza sauce, cheese and chicken strips. Place back in oven long enough for cheese to melt (approximately 3 minutes). Take out and slice into pizza wedges. Garnish with dried oregano and enjoy!
