Where are the ingredients used in John's Killer Protein sourced from?

Before launching JKP, we spent over two years researching and interviewing vendors and suppliers.  We carefully selected our vendors and created meaningful relations with suppliers & partners throughout our entire supply chain in order to source the highest-quality Whey and Casein protein blends possible.

All of the products we make and bring to market under the John’s Killer Protein brand are made from carefully sourced ingredients, including ingredients that are:

  • Certified Organic
  • GMO Free
  • Gluten Free
  • Soy and Soy Lecithin Free
  • Grass Fed
  • Certified Additive Free
  • Certified Artificial Ingredients Free

Our Whey and Casein protein products are sourced exclusively from:

  • The United States
  • New Zealand
  • Ireland

Our Organic Cacao is sourced exclusively from a family owned USDA Certified Organic farm from:

  • Peru

Our Organic Oats and Oat Products are sourced exclusively from farms certified Organic by the USDA from:

  • The United States,
  • Canada

Our ingredients used to make our DOLCE – Slender Indulgences flavors are sourced exclusively from:

  • The United States

We have not and do not source any ingredients from China, India, Russia, or any other country from which we cannot independently verify supplier or vendor manufacturing standards, ingredient sources, origin, purity, quality, or nutritional content.

We take a lot of pride in sourcing top-of-the-line ingredients so we can make JKP Products we can be proud to sell.

Our process is time-consuming and somewhat more expensive than standard industry practices, but we feel our efforts are worthwhile.  We hope you agree and enjoy JKP as much as we enjoy making our products.

Are samples available to potential customers?

Please note that we typically only have samples a few weeks before and after trade shows and large national fitness expositions.  If we are out of stock on samples, we will notify you, and we will keep your request on file to send you samples as soon as they are made available.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

Yes! We offer discounts and coupon codes through the following:

  • Directly through our Newsletter.  Make sure to subscribe for the best offers, first tastes, exclusive deals and more!  This is the absolute best way to get the most recent offers, specials, and giveaways!

Do you charge for shipping?

When shopping on our site, shipping rates we display on your order screen are real-time rates, provided to us directly by FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service.

We are able to instantaneously compare rates based on the products you purchase, the shipping service you requested (i.e Standard, Expedited or Overnight), and your shipping address.  We will show you the best shipping rate possible based on the shipping method you choose, and never “pad” or markup shipping costs.  We know shipping fees are annoying, and that’s why you pay exactly what we pay for shipping, and not one penny more!

Please note, that in many cases, orders will qualify for FREE shipping.  Especially so on orders of two or more items or orders that exceed a certain dollar amount.  If your shopping cart is eligible for free shipping, we will note your order as such by showing the Shipping Costs as $0.00 on your payment screen, and you will not be charged for shipping at checkout.

Which payment methods are accepted on the site?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • All major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover
  • PayPal – For ease and convenience
  • Amazon Pay – You log in and pay with your Amazon ID, right on our site.  You get to choose the shipping address and payment method stored in your Amazon profile
  • Google Wallet – Best when shopping from your mobile device
  • Apple Pay – Another great and convenient payment method when shopping from your mobile device
How long will delivery take?

We pride ourselves on fast and accurate delivery.  Orders placed before 1 pm PST are processed and shipped on the same business day.  Orders placed after 1 pm PST are processed and shipped the following business day.

Our shipping warehouses are centrally located. This allows us to reach 90% of US addresses within 2 business days and 100% within 3 business days.

Depending on the shipping service you select, typical delivery can be expected as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 4 business days from the day your order is processed and shipped
  • Expedited Shipping:  Delivery within 2 to 3 business days from the day your order is processed and shipped
  • Overnight Shipping:  When available, delivery within 1 business day from the day your order is processed and shipped
How secure is shopping on the website? Is my data protected?

Our entire site (not just the checkout/payment pages) is SSL Encrypted and secured.  We utilize industry-leading server encryption technology and guarantee that all information submitted to and through our site is encrypted and secured.  We manage our own dedicated servers and never share or lease server space on shared server banks with other companies, credit card processors or websites.

We subscribe to an industry-leading third-party auditing and monitoring watchdog that randomly tests, and reports on our server, e-commerce, and website security.  We have a 100% pass-rate and have consistently earned a 100% pass-rate on every test and audit we’ve been subjected to since we began operations.

In other words, browsing our site and shopping in our online shop are extremely secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on our site detailing your order details.  This message will include your order number, order date, a summary of items purchased and order dollar amount.

You will also receive an email confirmation of your order, also containing all pertinent order details.

When your order ships (either same day or following business day from the day you place your order) you will receive a second email confirming your order shipping details.  You will also receive tracking information that allows you to track your shipment status and delivery date.

What is the return policy?

We understand that stuff happens and sometimes you need to request a return.  Whether you simply changed your mind, or your order was damaged while in transit to you; we have a no questions asked return policy.

Just return your unopened or damaged product within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will process a full refund.  It’s that simple!

All other return requests are handled on a case by case basis.  Please send us your return request to [email protected]
