Used it in pumpkin spice pancaks. The flax and oats work great in baking.

Tastes like mild oatmeal with a nutty flax note. Good protein hit. Shipping was slow this time.

Its fine. Oatmeal taste is mild and the flax is there. Just a bit bland on its own for the price.

I’ve gotten both kinds of proats, and I like this one with the flaxseed better – Really delicious and easy to make. It keeps me full for hours and I love having the added protein and flaxseed. Definitely recommend adn I’ll keep my subscription on. great stuff. get it.

Review of: PROATS – High Protein Organic Instant Oats With Organic Flaxseed
Love everything from this company and especially this oatmeal! My favorite way to make it is with sliced banana, a spoonful of almond butter, cinnamon, and a little drizzle of honey. The protein and flaxseed make it so much more satisfying than regular oatmeal.

Very tasty and convenient. I gave it 4 stars only because I prefer my oatmeal a little sweeter, but the texture and flavor are really good.
