No muffin tops here! Stay the course of your workout and meal plan while indulging in a warm, fluffy and satisfying treat.


  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 4 scoops John’s Killer Protein™ Organic Cacao Blend
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1/4 cup organic brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 bananas – mashed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (substitute for raspberries or diced strawberries)
  • 1/3 cup whole organic milk


Not only are our blueberry muffins delicious, they are packed with premium quality protein, antioxidant-rich blueberries, potassium-filled bananas and healthy walnuts!Mix all the ingredients (except blueberries and walnuts) together in a bowl. Gently fold in blueberries and walnuts into mixture. Place a tablespoon of mixture onto a nonstick muffin tin. If available, use muffin baking paper cups. Warm oven to 350 degrees. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the muffin comes out dry (approximately 25 minutes).
