Easy To Make Chocolate Protein Truffles
These John’s Killer Protein® chocolate protein truffles are made with our Antioxidant Blend – Organic Cacao and Native Whey Protein. They are easy to make, require no baking and are ready in under 45 minutes.
Chocolate Protein Truffles Mix:
- 2 scoops John’s Killer Protein® – Antioxidant Blend – Organic Cacao and Native Whey Protein
- 2 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 4 Tbsp organic coconut flower
- 3 to 5 drops of liquid stevia (optional)
Chocolate Coating:
- 1 Cup – Unsweetened organic melting dark chocolate (we recommend you use a variety that’s at least 75% dark cacao)
Directions:
Mix all truffle ingredients together until well incorporated. Form mixture into balls about 3/4 inch in diameter. Recipe will make 10 truffles. Chill formed truffles in refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes. Melt melting chocolate in double broiler (or microwave for 30 seconds). Roll chilled truffles in melted chocolate ensuring they are evenly coated. Roll chocolate coated truffles again in coconut shavings and chill for another 15 minutes.
Voila! your Chocolate Protein Truffles are ready to enjoy.
