Our mighty PROATS are grown and harvested without the use of Glyphosate, and with more than twice the protein of other organic whole grain oats. The ideal blend of organic whole grain rolled oats and John’s Killer Protein® Non-GMO certified grass-fed Irish whey isolate. Harvested, milled and blended under strict USDA Organic Farming Standards without the use of pesticides, irradiation, genetically modified seeds, or any harmful crop treatment chemicals.

Great PROATS! I did find that 1/2 cup water to 2 scoops of PROATS as indicated in the directions is not enough. I use 1 cup water to 2 scoops of PROATS and sometimes still need to add a little more liquid. Wondering if the directions have a typo?

Their protein powder is excellent but not impressed by the taste of these. I find it much better to just mix in the protein with own homemade oatmeal.

You can just make your own… but this is easier. I’m lazy I guess and it’s good to not have to look for my protein powder. This tastes really, I mean really, good! creamy and a perfect bowl of oatmeal. you won’t even know there’s extra protein in here. I add a handful of raisins and it’s good.
