This protein is amazing. It mixes easily in a shaker bottle. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I like that it’s easily digested and doesn’t make me feel bloated or full of gas. I also like that it has no additives just whey isolate. I fee full and satisfied taking this pre or post workout. I also mix it with my pre or post workout oatmeal and it’s really tasty and satisfying that way as well. I just ordered my second bag and also ordered the cacao flavor for my chocolate cravings.
