The John’s Killer Protein® – Detox Green Smoothie
If you could use a detox smoothie to help kickstart your get-back-in-the-grind routine, we have a recipe for you!
- 1 banana
- 1 green apple
- 1 cup young spinach leaves
- 1 scoop John’s Killer Protein® – Lean Blend truly grass-fed whey isolate
- 1 lime (or orange, lemon)
- ½ cup water
- Peel banana and apple, cut into slices and put into a blender. Wash spinach leaves and add to blender. Squeeze juice of 1 lime (can be replaced with orange or lemon) into the blender. Add John’s Killer Protein® Lean Blend and water, and blend for about 15 seconds.
- Pour and enjoy right away. If you prepare our detox smoothie ahead of time, separation will occur, so make sure to shake your pre-made detox smoothie before drinking.
