Clean ingredients, no fillers, and it works exactly as advertised! No weird aftertaste when I mix it in water, which is rare for creatine. I appreciate that it’s straightforward: creatine plus taurine, nothing extra. My endurance in longer sessions is better too. As someone who does both lifting and some cardio, the taurine has been a nice bonus for the longer sessions.
