ADVANCED FORMULA
Vitamin C + Hyaluronic Acid
JOINT FLEXIBILITY | LIGAMENT SUPPORT
SKIN HYDRATION | HAIR & NAIL HEALTH
SKIN & HAIR HYDRATION
Collagen for repair. Hyaluronic acid for hydration. Vitamin C for absorption.
Our advanced formula combines our grass-fed, pasture raised collagen peptides with 100% of your Daily Recommended Value of Vitamin C, and 200mg of Hyaluronic Acid.
Top three beauty benefits of taking our Advanced Formula Collagen Peptides
Why Hyaluronic Acid
Skin Hydration: 200mg hyaluronic acid (HA) in every daily scoop is ideal for skin hydration and moisture retention. HA delivers and holds water in the matrix between collagen fibers to increase skin moisture, plumpness, joint hydration and comfort.
Skin firmness & elasticity
Hydrolyzed collagen peptides is the ingredient most studied and researched for elasticity and wrinkle reduction. Most studies show clear improvements within 8–12 weeks of daily use.
90mg vitamin C (100% DV for adult men) is the cofactor your body needs to assemble those peptides into stable collagen — Vitamin C is the secret ingredient that helps you get the most out of your collagen protein.
Hair & nail health
Hair follicles and nails sit in a collagen-rich matrix. Daily peptides plus vitamin C support that tissue over consistent daily use. Expect stronger nails and better hair resilience with a scoop-a-day of this grass fed collagen peptides.
JOINT FLEXIBILITY
LIGAMENT SUPPORT
SKIN HYDRATION
HAIR AND NAIL HEALTH
JOINTS, LIGAMENTS & RECOVERY
A 20g serving of grass fed collagen peptides is formulated for connective tissue repair and recovery - Not a vanity dose
Our advanced formula is made with only three, highly effective and purposeful ingredients. No fillers, sweeteners or flavoring agents. Each scoop is designed to provide you an effective dose of 20g collagen peptides, with 90mg Vitamin C and 200mg Hyaluronic Acid.
Top three strength & recovery benefits of taking our collagen peptides
Joint flexibility
Cartilage and joint tissue are collagen-heavy. Trials on hydrolyzed peptides (often 15g, some 20g daily) consistently show improvement in comfort, range of motion and overall function.
HA is often studies in synovial fluid research. Research shows positive effects of oral supplementation on joint lubrication and connective tissue repair.
Our advanced formula provides structure (20g of Collagen Peptides) + lubrication (200mg of Hyaluronic Acid) in one daily scoop!
Ligament support
Ligaments are dense collagen. We formulated our grass fed Collagen Peptides to give you a full 20g dose plus 90mg of vitamin C; a potent formula for connective-tissue recovery and repair after intensive training.
Training recovery
Research shows that a dose of 20g collagen peptides is the effective daily dose to support sore joints and connective tissue repair after lifting or exercise. When combined with 90mg of Vitamin C (100% DRV for adults), collagen creation becomes quicker and absorption faster.

COLLAGEN PEPTIDES (20g per serving)
Each serving is packed with a complete 20g of hydrolyzed grass-fed collagen peptides — a full effective serving, backed by the latest research.
Not your typical 5–10g dusting of collagen "vanity" dose!
Hydrolyzed means the collagen is broken into smaller peptides so it mixes clean and is easier to absorb.
our complete collagen peptides peptides supply glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline, the amino acids your body uses to support skin, joints, ligaments, and other connective tissue. Take one scoop daily and stay consistent; the research shows benefits start being noticed around 8 weeks.
VITAMIN C (90mg per serving)
Every scoop includes 90mg of vitamin C — 100% Daily Value for adults. Vitamin C is the ingredient your body needs to turn collagen peptides into stable, usable collagen. Without enough of it, collagen supplementation falls short and your collagen is simply wasted.
Adding 100% of your daily recommended amount in each serving means you’re getting the most out of our collagen without relying on a separate vitamin pill or having to worry if you are getting enough Vitamin C through your food.
One scoop, daily. Easy - Convenient - Effective.
Hyaluronic Acid (200mg per serving)
We also add 200mg of Hyaluronic Acid per serving.
HA is the water-holding gel in skin and joint fluid — it sits in the matrix between collagen fibers and helps with hydration and cushion. Oral HA studies show that about 80–240mg daily is the ideal amount to maximize joint and skin hydration.
Powerful ingredients that work amazingly together.

1 - Clark et al., Current Medical Research and Opinion 2008 — PubMed
Ten grams a day of bovine type I and III collagen peptides for eight weeks lowered WOMAC pain, stiffness, and function scores versus placebo in adults with osteoarthritis. The product used hydrolyzed peptides from bovine hide.
2 - Genc et al., Journal of Clinical Medicine 2025 — PubMed · Full text
Bovine collagen peptides at 2.5–10 g daily for 90 days improved knee osteoarthritis scores compared with placebo. A more concentrated peptide at 2.5 g performed in the same range as 10 g of a standard peptide on several measures.
3 - Kumar et al., Journal of Orthopaedic Surgery and Research 2024 — PubMed · Full text
Two hundred milligrams of oral HA daily for a year, paired with quad strengthening, improved knee osteoarthritis scores more than exercise plus placebo in people 70 and under. The benefit was smaller in older participants.
4 - Tashiro et al., The Scientific World Journal 2012 — PubMed
Sixty days of 200 mg oral full-spectrum HA reduced knee pain scores versus placebo and cut how often people reached for NSAIDs. Function and range of motion also improved from baseline in the HA group.
5 - Cicero et al., Diseases 2020 — PubMed · Full text
This review pulls together several oral-HA knee trials, including 200 mg daily protocols, and finds a consistent pattern of less pain and stiffness. It is a summary paper, not a new experiment.

SKIN HEALTH
Daily collagen peptides with vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, thickened skin density and reduced wrinkle volume over 16 weeks versus placebo.
View Studies
1 - Žmitek et al., Nutrients 2024 — PubMed · Full text
A daily dose of collagen plus vitamin C and hyaluronic acid improved elasticity, skin smoothness, and density over 12–16 weeks. Some of those gains were still measurable four weeks after people stopped taking it.
2 - Samadi et al., Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology 2023 — Wiley
A hydrolyzed-collagen plus vitamin C drink taken for 12 weeks increased hydration and elasticity and reduced wrinkle roughness versus placebo. Imaging also showed less fragmentation in the skin’s collagen network.
3 - Gibson et al., 2024 — PubMed · Full text
Women taking 100 mg or 200 mg of oral hyaluronic acid per day had better skin hydration within two to eight weeks, in both younger and older groups. The 200 mg dose is the amount most relevant if your formula uses that level.
4 - Gao et al., Skin Research and Technology 2023 — PubMed
Four weeks of 200 mg daily full-spectrum oral HA improved hydration by about 11% and cut wrinkle depth and volume. Elasticity and firmness also improved over the same timeframe.
5 - Michelotti et al., European Journal of Dermatology 2021 — PubMed
Twelve weeks of 120 mg oral HA improved facial moisture, reduced water loss through the skin, and softened wrinkle scores versus placebo. Effects showed up by week 8 and held through week 12.
COLLAGEN WITH PROTEIN
A whey with collagen shake after lifting raised both muscle-fiber protein synthesis and connective-tissue protein synthesis. This blend covers both muscle and joint recovery.
View Studies
1 - Aussieker et al., Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise 2025 — PubMed · Full text
Whey by itself lets blood glycine fall after a workout. Adding just 5 g of collagen to 25 g of whey was enough to stop that drop.
2 - Aussieker et al., International Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise Metabolism 2024 — PubMed
Over eight weeks of the same lifting program, 30 g whey plus 10 g collagen built more lean mass than 30 g whey alone (about 2.66 kg vs 1.59 kg). Strength gains followed the same pattern.
3 - Combined whey + collagen training trial, 2026 — PubMed
IMPORTANCE OF VITAMIN C
Collagen taken with 50 mg of vitamin C an hour before exercise doubled a blood marker of new collagen production versus placebo. Vitamin C accelerates new collagen production.
View Studies
1 - Shaw et al., American Journal of Clinical Nutrition 2017 — PubMed · Full text
Trained men took 0, 15, or 30 g of hydrolyzed collagen with 50 mg of vitamin C before squats. The 30 g dose raised whole-body collagen synthesis vs none.
2 - Lee et al., Journal of Nutrition 2024 — DOI
Pooled trials show vitamin C can blunt some oxidative-stress and IL-6 spikes after a hard session.
