You may not add value back onto a Gift Card, nor redeem its balance for cash. When a purchase is made with a John's Killer Protein® Gift Card number, the amount of that purchase plus any shipping fees or sales tax, if applicable, will be automatically deducted from the Gift Card value. You may check any remaining balance under the "My Account" Tab on JohnsKillerProtein.com, by calling 949-478-0181, or by emailing us at Hello@JohnsKillerProtein.com. Please safeguard your John's Killer Protein® Gift Card number. The recipient is responsible for its loss or theft. If your Gift Card number is lost or stolen, and you have proof of purchase, we will issue you a replacement Gift Card for the balance shown on our records.
