MEET ALYSSA


Hi there – I’m Alyssa and I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for as long as I can remember.  I’ve always been a yogi at heart and started lifting about four yeas ago.  I love lifting and lifting heavy!

I became part of John’s Killer Protein® in 2017 because I love what the Company stands for, the quality of ingredients that go into making each and every JKP product, and the CEO’s overall commitment to quality and passion for supporting the fitness community.

Over the years, I’ve had many trainers and coaches, and spent countless weeks doing fitness programs and custom-made workouts.  After learning what worked and what didn’t, I was able to perfect my workouts, realized how to NOT overtrain, and won the IFBB Mrs. Olympia Contest in 2017.  I took all the knowledge I’ve gained over the years and the many thousands of dollars spent on coaches & trainers and created my Top 80 Workouts…exercises that I know work and can be done anywhere with little to no equipment.

I created this page to share these favorites with you.  These workouts have been at the core of my fitness regimen and are some of the most effective exercises you can do.  They may seem simple, but believe me, they are challenging!  and even though I’m the one doing these, guys can (and should) definitely do them as well – just use a dumbbell that is challenging for the amount of reps you can do.  And of course, JKP and I are offering these to you for free.

Fitness for me goes beyond simply the time I put into working out.  It has become a lifestyle for me…in what I choose to eat, the quality of my rest, sleeping habits, workout routine, and really just my overall mental outlook on things.  I invite you to approach fitness the same as me – as a holistic way-of-life and not just a workout you do for an hour a day.

You can choose to follow my No-Equipment-Needed 28-Day Program, or you can pick specific workouts for areas you’d like to target (upper body, lower body, core, etc…) and make your own program.  Hope you enjoy my top 80 workouts!
